Using Google Analytics with your feedback board

Last updated:

Google Analytics is a wonderful tool. It reveals how people find your site and how they use it. We knew replicating this type of tracking into Feature Upvote would be useful but extremely difficult.

So we decided to let you add Google Analytics tracking to your feedback board. That gives you the full power of Google Analytics when using Feature Upvote.

Our help centre explains how to add Google Analytics to your feedback board.

What about privacy, you ask? To ensure we meet our GDPR and privacy commitments, we use Google Analytics’ “anonymize IP” setting. This prevents any personally identifiable information from being stored by Google Analytics.

Furthermore, using Google Analytics with your feedback board is optional, disabled by default.

Google Analytics tracking is now available for all our customers.
