Can you tell us a bit about your company and the work you do?
Donorfy is an award-winning fundraising CRM for the charity sector. We help charities do more of what matters by streamlining and automating processes and data management.
How are you using Feature Upvote?
One of our values as a company is to ‘Build it Together’, which means that we always ask for and consider feedback and suggestions from our clients and implementation partners. We use Feature Upvote to allow clients, partners and team members to make suggestions to enhance our Donorfy product and see which ones are most popular.
We’ve always worked to improve and enhance our product by asking for feedback from clients and partners, but usually it was based on ideas that we had and knew that we’d like to add and would likely be of benefit. However, using Feature UpVote means that we can consider ideas generated by clients and partners as well as ourselves and see how they compare.
It’s a really great way to see what’s important to our client base who are using the product day in, day out.

If you could give other customers one piece of advice on collecting feedback, what would it be?
Don’t be afraid of feedback! It’s really valuable to know what your customers and stakeholders are thinking, and can help to steer you in the right direction.
