If you have created some tags for your Feature Upvote board, you can now let contributors (i.e. your customers) choose tags to add to their suggestions.
If you’d like contributors to be able to tag suggestions, you can enable this in your board’s permissions, as follows:
- Select ‘Settings’ from your dashboard.
- Select ‘Permissions’
- Change ‘Add tags to suggestions’ to ‘Everyone’
Once you’ve done this, the “Add suggestion” form on your board will have a new “Add tags” field:
Can contributors create new tags?
No, contributors can’t create tags; they can only select from tags that already exist.
Can contributors add or remove tags from existing suggestions?
No, with one exception: when a contributor makes a suggestion, they have a small window of time (about 30 minutes), during which they can edit the suggestion. This includes adding and removing tags.
