I saw that Feature Upvote focuses on video games. Is it still available for other industries?
A big, big YES to that question.
Starting in September 2024, we narrowed our marketing to focus on video games, because it turns out that our feedback management platform is a really good fit for video games.
However, many of our customers are still SaaS and software products.
Fundamentally, our product is unchanged – it is a platform where your customers can suggest and upvote ideas to improve your product, whether those customers be players of your game or users of your software.
I think Feature Upvote has actually become better for all of our customers as a consequence of our new focus on the video games industry. Here’s why:
Some of the games that use us get thousands of suggestions. Handling so much player feedback is a big task for their community managers. They are always writing to us requesting we polish the rough edges of Feature Upvote. Which we make a priority of doing.
That’s made Feature Upvote a much smoother experience for everyone, whether you are handling feedback from 100 users or 1 million players. Yes, I said 1 million players. Some our customers really do have to manage feedback from a player base in the millions.
