Can I set a threshold for how many feature requests a single user can vote on?

Yes. If you use our access list feature to control access to your board, then you can set a maximum number of votes per contributor. This option is not available for public and password-protected boards, however. In all cases, end users can only vote once per feature request unless they’re a moderator voting on behalf of a customer.

I only want end users to be able to vote – not to add new suggestions. Is that possible?

Yes. Feature Upvote lets you customize permissions for who can vote, comment, or add new suggestions to your board.

Can I create private boards? I only want my employees to be able to view and contribute to the board.

Yes. Feature Upvote lets you password-protect your feedback board so only your employees or team members can access it. This is a great option if you’re looking to gather feedback internally.
