Then we need your help!

About us
Feature Upvote is a small, family-run business, based in Barcelona, Spain.
Our product is a web app, run as a SaaS (“Software-as-a-Service”).
We launched in 2017 as a tool to help software companies to manage customer feedback.
We eventually noticed that our product is a perfect fit for video games that are drowning in player feedback.
So in 2024, we changed our focus to target the video games industry.
We’re used by games you probably know, and have maybe played.
Because we’re a tiny team, we are efficient. We move fast, and we get things done.
Technical details about the product
Feature Upvote is built on Java / MySQL / Freemarker / htmx / Bootstrap 3 (on the consumer facing side) / Tailwind CSS (on the admin dashboard side)
Because our app is 8 years old, it has accumulated some cruft – as you’d expect in an established product of that age.
We have hundreds of paying customers and thousands of daily users.
To avoid disrupting our customers and users, we aim for 100% uptime.
Hence we prefer to deploy many, small iterative improvements over one “big bang” change. This means that your work will start appearing on our production environment (ie our actual deployed app) on day 1.
